Guidance, not a specification
The guides here are general information written in good faith. They are not a substitute for advice from your architect, engineer or installer, and they do not take account of your local building regulations.
Prices
Any figures quoted in a guide are indicative ranges to help you budget. They are not offers. Only a written quotation from us is a price.
Natural materials
Stone varies from block to block in colour, veining and marking. Photographs and samples show character, not an exact match. Where an exact match matters, we reserve a specific block and confirm it in writing.
Quotations and orders
Quotations are valid for thirty days unless stated otherwise and are based on the information supplied at the time. Made-to-order items cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started, except for a manufacturing defect.
Liability
We are not liable for loss arising from decisions made on the basis of general guidance published here. Our liability on an order is limited to the value of that order.
